Every success ultimately belongs to the God who entrusted it to us.And when we remember that, leadership becomes less about protecting our position and more about faithfully serving the people that God has placed in front of us.
That is a beautiful prayer for me to cover our children with, cover our loved ones with when I maybe don't have the right words or I'm struggling with how to start praying. So it's kind of a jumping-off point and it really captures God's heart for us.
If we are delighting in God and actively moving towards Him and pursuing deeper intimacy with Him, our joy or lack thereof can serve as a litmus test. That's not to say we should rely on our feelings alone, but we can allow our feelings to inform us.
The more time that we spend in scripture, the more familiar we become with God's character. And when we know his character, ideas that don't sound like him begin to stand out.
Father, help me to commit to building capacity in my life. Help me to prepare for the opportunities that I've been praying for. When they come, let me be ready to seize them and make the most out of every moment for the glory of your name.
This verse is really telling us not to worry about the world's laws; worry about God's laws. He is going to completely change us by renewing our minds and by helping us think of the things of God. We will be able to check what we recognize as His laws and what is the will of God.

Father, thank you for the truth of Your Word. Thank you that You know exactly what it takes to get me where You want me to be. Your way is the best way. I'm asking in the name of Jesus that You would help me to humble myself and embrace Your process.

Father, thank you for your word, and for being such a faithful Father. I ask that you would strengthen my faith today. I want to be strengthened by your encounter. Would you help me to trust you far beyond what my circumstances are saying?
Dear Jesus, help us not to focus on the benefits in this world, but always have our focus on the benefits to your heavenly kingdom. In all that we do, help us to be kind because it benefits your kingdom and that, in turn, encourages our hearts to be more like yours. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
